Many of us are living in a constant state of stress — moving through life in “fight or flight,” shaped by work, anxiety, past traumas, social media, and the pressures of daily life. Through gentle movement and breathwork, we begin to regulate the nervous system and return to a place of calm, balance, and ease.

My Approach
My classes weave together Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin/Restorative yoga, rooted in the philosophy of Patanjali's 8 Limbs and inspired by the Katonah Yoga tradition — the belief that your body is your house, and that yoga is the practice of learning to live fully within it. In these classes, we begin to tune into the nervous system, the fascia, and the lymphatic body - creating space, softness, and flow. Not to force or fix, but to listen
Your breath — your prana — is your currency. The way you breathe shapes the way you live. By bringing awareness to your breath, softening and lengthening it, you create space within the body and mind. This practice is an invitation to pause, to notice, and to begin again. It doesn't matter if you are not flexible, have never practiced Yoga before or feel your body is not the right aesthetic, Age or fit to do Yoga - Yoga is for Everyone!
My process is observing without Ego.
Through mindful movement (Asana), breathwork (pranayama), we explore not just the body, but everything it holds - tension, emotion, patterns and stories. I trained for 400 hours in India to be able to hold this space with skill, integrity and care — and I bring every bit of that into each class I teach.
